MotoHub

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms govern your use of MotoHub - our website, web hub and app. By using the service you agree to them.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using MotoHub, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

MotoHub is a community platform for the motor world - road motorcycles, side-by-sides and ATVs, jeeps and 4x4 vehicles, and work and travel vehicles: finding rides, trips and people to go with, a chat and a live map for the participants of each one, a community, a garage for your vehicles, and news. In these terms, “ride” covers every outing coordinated through the service - road and off-road rides, group trips and off-road trips - and “rider” covers everyone taking part, on a motorcycle or behind the wheel.

3. At your own risk - not professional advice

Riding and driving, on the road and off it, are inherently dangerous. Any information provided by the platform - guides, technical tips, service reminders, specifications - is general guidance only. Always confirm against your manufacturer's official manual and, where needed, a qualified mechanic. You ride, drive and maintain your vehicle entirely at your own risk, and you are responsible for your own safety and equipment. MotoHub is not responsible for any injury, damage or loss.

4. Rides are arranged between riders

MotoHub is a community platform for connecting people in the motor world. Rides are created and coordinated by the users themselves, and are not organized, managed, guided, supervised or insured by MotoHub.

The creator or initiator of a ride, or the “ride leader”, is an independent user - not an employee, representative, instructor or service provider acting on behalf of MotoHub. The title “leader” is operational only, and implies no training, experience, licence or fitness to lead the ride.

MotoHub does not vet the leader, the participants, the route, the difficulty level, the terrain conditions or the legality of the ride. Each participant decides for themselves whether a ride suits them, and is responsible for their own fitness, a roadworthy vehicle, protective gear, and the licences and insurance the law requires. MotoHub is not responsible for users' actions or for the outcome of any ride.

5. Manufacturer neutral

MotoHub is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any vehicle, motorcycle or parts manufacturer. Brand and model names are used for identification and compatibility only.

6. Ride chats and your conduct in them

Each ride has a chat for the riders on it. Be respectful. Do not harass, threaten or abuse anyone, do not post sexual, hateful or unlawful content, do not send spam or advertising, and do not post other people's personal information. Messages are checked automatically against a list of prohibited words and may be refused. Any rider can report a message and block another rider, and we may remove a message, close a chat, or suspend an account that breaks these rules. We are not obliged to monitor conversations, and we do not read them as a matter of course - but we will look into anything that is reported.

7. Other riders' contact details

When you join a ride you may be shown other riders' phone numbers, and yours may be shown to them, so that the group can reach each other about that ride. Use those numbers for that purpose only. Do not add them to a mailing list, use them for marketing, pass them to anyone else, or contact a rider who has asked you not to. You can stop your own number from being shown at any time in the app under Settings → Privacy.

8. Sharing your location

Sharing your live position on a ride is entirely voluntary, is off unless you switch it on, and can be switched off at any time. It works only while the app is open on your screen, and a position that stops updating disappears from the map after a few minutes. The map is a convenience for finding the group you are riding with. It is not a tracking, safety or emergency service, it may be unavailable or inaccurate, and you must not rely on it to locate anyone in an emergency - call the emergency services.

9. Content

You are responsible for the content you submit, including messages and photos in ride chats. You keep ownership of it, and you grant us the permission needed to store it and show it to the riders it is addressed to. We may remove content that violates these terms or the rights of others.

10. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MotoHub and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including anything arising from a ride you took part in, from contact with another rider, or from the presence, absence or inaccuracy of a position on the map.

12. Changes

We may update the service or these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
